The basics

This is our store. When you buy something, you're agreeing to these terms. We've tried to keep this straightforward, but if anything's unclear, reach out: support@klang.ai

Returns and exchanges

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with Swedish distance selling regulations. To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at support@klang.ai within 14 days of delivery.

The product must be returned unused and in its original condition. You are responsible for the return shipping cost. We will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Pricing and proceeds

  • All prices are in SEK and include VAT where applicable.
  • All profits go to noyb (None of Your Business), a European organization enforcing privacy rights. This isn't a partnership—just us donating what we make.
  • "Profits" means revenue after production and shipping costs. We're not keeping a margin.

Shipping

  • We currently only ship within Sweden. For international orders, please contact us at support@klang.ai.
  • Delivery takes 5–7 business days once your order has shipped.
  • Once shipped, we'll send tracking info. If your package goes missing, contact us and we'll do our best to assist—but responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.

Product quality

We work with quality manufacturers, but since items are made on demand:

  • Slight color variations may occur between screens and physical products.
  • Print placement may vary slightly between items.
  • If you receive something genuinely defective or misprinted, we'll replace it.

Your information

We collect your name, email, and shipping address to fulfill orders. We don't sell or share your data. Payments are handled securely by Stripe. For more, see our Privacy Policy.

Liability

We're not liable for delays caused by production issues, shipping delays, or things outside our control (strikes, natural disasters, etc.). We'll do our best to keep you updated.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we'll post them here and update the date at the top.
